Orders are usually shipped out next day via USPS. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Confirmation and Tracking will be provided by email.

The word "guarantee" is defined as a formal promise or assurance that certain conditions will be fulfilled. For too many companies it doesn't seem to mean what it use to.
At Drifter Hydration we stand by our promise to you that this will be the most durable hydration system on the market and allow you to customize it to fit your unique needs. If for any reason your reservoir is damaged and cannot be used as intended, send us an email. We will replace it at no additional cost.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Drifter Hydration System, return in to us within 30 day for a complete refund. Customer pays return shipping.
